The Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce asked me to create designs for two of the city’s annual Classic Car Shows—an event that draws over 25,000 visitors to Old Town Seal Beach (which is more than the town’s entire population!). Each year, the show spotlights one featured classic car, which becomes the centerpiece for that year’s design. I illustrated the cars and built the visual identity using bold colors and retro-inspired typography. From there, the artwork was expanded across a range of merchandise and event material that helped generate buzz, attract attendees, and boost visibility for one of the city’s biggest and most beloved events.
